about the procurement procedure
(hereinafter — “Announcement”)
Charitable organization “Light of Hope” (hereinafter — NGO “Light of Hope”) announces local purchase of fuel and lubricants.
Source of Procurement Financing— the procurement is carried out within the framework of the project: “Integrated support for vulnerable groups of the population in the field of combating tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS at the community level”, which is implemented in accordance with the contract №100-GF-24 of 01.01.2024, funded by the Public Health Alliance International Fund.

Term of delivery of goods, performance of works and provision of services:
(at the request of the procurement organizer — PO “Light of Hope”).
Composition of the price offer:
The offer is submitted in the form of an official price offer that meets the technical and qualification requirements specified in the announcement.
1. Documents confirming compliance with technical and qualification requirements (see tables above).
2. Also, please add to your quotation any other documents that, in your opinion, may be useful for evaluating the offer (for example, letters of recommendation, etc.).
Rules for registration of the participant's price offer:
1. All copies of any documents included in the price offer must be certified by the signature of the participant, and if the participant is a legal entity, then the seal and signature of the authorized person. Documents certifying the right of such authorized person to sign the price offer (executive order or power of attorney) must be attached to the price offer.
2. Copies of documents provided must be legible and of high quality.
3. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in its price offer is borne by the participant.
4. The term of validity of the quotation must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of disclosure of the price offers, which must be indicated in the offer itself.
5. If the quotation is received after the expiration of the price acceptance deadline
offers, then such offer will not participate in the purchase.

Price offers are accepted at:
Ukraine, 36039, m. Poltava, lane. Brothers Shemets, 17th.
Acceptance of proposals submitted by participants in person is carried out from 09 h. 00 min. till 17 h. 00 min. Monday to Friday Kyiv time.
Deadline for acceptance Price offers from participants:
“25" on April 2024, until 17.00 min. Kyiv time.
