The competition is held within the framework of the “HELP SPACE” project within the framework of a grant agreement with ELTON JOHN AIDS FOUNDATION from 09.02.2024 and the Light of Hope Charitable Organization. Candidates from Ukraine are invited to submit documents.
AND. Tasks within the scope of the provision of services:
Development of smart contracts on the Solana blockchain:
Implementation of the ability to connect users' wallets to the Help Space site.
Implementation of the process of minting NFT tokens for NGO members after passing verification.
Ensuring the security and irreversibility of data on the Solana blockchain.
Testing smart contracts on the Solana test network to verify performance and safety.
Writing unit tests for smart contracts and integration tests for the front end.
Deploying the application on the main Solana network after successful testing.
Preparation of documentation on the use and administration of the developed solution.
Provide support and advice on the use of the application and smart contracts.
II. Deadline for work: March 2024 — May 2024.
III. Terms of payment:
Payment for the work performed is carried out after the transfer of documentation confirming the work performed on each task and signing the acts of the work performed.
All costs associated with the provision of the services of this technical task are carried out by the service provider at its own expense.
IV. Qualification requirements:
Understanding blockchain and WEB3 technologies;
Experience in developing smart contracts, creating full-featured decentralized applications or blockchain infrastructure and development tools;
Knowledge of system programming languages such as Rust, C/C++ or Go;
General understanding of blockchain systems Ethereum, Solana;
Knowledge of interface and server technologies such as React, Node.js.
IN. Evaluation criteria:
When evaluating candidates, compliance with the qualification criteria by 60% and 40% - the payment rate will be taken into account.

- Completed, signed and scanned Ad Appendix (Appendix 1).

The deadline for submission of documents is March 20, 2024, registration of documents ends at 16-00.
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Determination of the winner of this procurement procedure will take place no more than 2 (two) business days after the end of the announcement. The results of the competitive selection will be communicated to all participants by sending relevant messages by e-mail.
By signing and submitting his commercial proposal, the participant agrees to the following:

the organization is not obliged to accept the best price offer or any of the offers received. Until the signing of the purchase agreement, the organization does not bear any obligations in relation to the procurement participants or potential procurement participants;
the organization reserves the right to reject commercial proposals of all participants in the procurement procedure;
participation in the competition of related persons or the conspiracy of the participants of the contest is prohibited. In case of detection of such facts, the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be terminated prematurely unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for damages caused by SC “Light of Hope”;
