The competition is held within the framework of the “HELP SPACE” project
within the grant agreement with ELTON JOHN AIDS FOUNDATION from 09.02.2024
and the Charitable Organization “Light of Hope”.
Candidates from Ukraine are invited to submit documents.
AND. Tasks within the scope of the provision of services:
1. Technical assistance in the development/improvement of NGO policies and procedures:
Conducting analysis and evaluation of current NGO policies and procedures.
Develop and update policies and procedures in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Consultations of NGOs on the implementation of policies and procedures in activities, including the humanitarian direction.
2. Webinar ““Practical advice on developing and improving NGO policies and procedures”:
Preparation and planning of webinar content.
Development of presentation materials and other visual content.
Conducting a webinar according to the schedule and plan.
Interact with participants, answer questions and participate in discussions.
Preparation of materials for further use by participants.
II. Deadline for work: March 2024 — December 2024.
III. Terms of payment:
Payment for the work performed is carried out after the transfer of documentation confirming the work performed on each task and signing the acts of the work performed.
All costs associated with the provision of the services of this technical task are carried out by the service provider at its own expense.
IV. Qualification requirements:
Higher legal or economic education.
Experience in developing policies, procedures and instructions.
Ability to work with a large amount of information and stick to schedules.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
Possession of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office).
Experience in conducting webinars or trainings on the development of policies and procedures in NGOs.
Knowledge of modern methods of interactive learning and webinars.
High level of communication skills and ability to attract the attention of the audience.
IN. Evaluation criteria:
When evaluating candidates, compliance with the qualification criteria by 60% and 40% - the payment rate will be taken into account.
The list of documents that must be submitted:
Summary, in which to indicate the cost of the provision of services (excluding taxes)
Completed, signed and scanned Ad Appendix (Appendix 1)

The deadline for submission of documents is March 25, 2024, registration of documents ends at 16-00.
Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Determination of the winner of this procurement procedure will take place no more than 2 (two) business days after the end of the announcement. The results of the competitive selection will be communicated to all participants by sending relevant messages by e-mail.
By signing and submitting his commercial proposal, the participant agrees to the following:
the participant is familiar with the published announcement;
the organization is not obliged to accept the best price offer or any of the offers received. Until the signing of the purchase agreement, the organization does not bear any obligations in relation to the procurement participants or potential procurement participants;
the organization reserves the right to reject commercial proposals of all participants in the procurement procedure;
participation in the competition of related persons or the conspiracy of the participants of the contest is prohibited. If such facts are found, the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be terminated prematurely unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for the damages caused by the company “Light of Hope”;
