Every day, non-profit organizations and communities working with HIV respond to the new challenges of today by adapting to the needs of society — which is why they play a critical role in supporting vulnerable populations, educating, shaping public opinion, and strengthening the resilience of other organizations. Realizing this critical importance, we are launching the Help Space project, a unique initiative created to support and develop NGOs working in the field of combating socially dangerous diseases.
“Help Space” announces the launch of a series of training sessions, where your organization's specialists will learn more about communication and development of appropriate strategies for NGOs, project creation and management system, strengthening the organization's sustainability and effective fundraising on international and domestic platforms. In addition, during the training, mentoring support will be available to organizations to research, analyze and form decisions to strengthen the competencies of the organization.
The curriculum also provides grants for the most active and motivated participants, which will be aimed at the institutional development of their organizations.
Develop the sustainability of your organization with the “Help Space” training program:
- April 2 - We open a series with a lesson on sustainability and management.
- April 4 - Learn about project creation and management.
- April 9 - We deepen our knowledge in partnerships in the non-profit sector.
- April 11 - We study networking and partnership as a development strategy.
- April 16 - Focus on fundraising.
- April 18 - We consider the peculiarities of fundraising at the international level and in Ukraine.
- April 23 - We form a fundraising strategy.
- April 25 - We analyze different types of fundraising.
- April 30 - We deal with communications for NGOs.
- May 14 - We create a communication strategy.
- May 16 - We combine communications and fundraising.
- May 21 - We conclude a program of classes on reporting and two webinars on writing grant applications and crowdfunding projects.
Each participant who successfully completes this training program will receive an electronic certificate confirming their new knowledge and skills.
